Walking in an End Times Anointing…

His Remnant Remains..

1 Thessalonians 4: 13-18 (KJV)

13 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.

14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.

1For this we say unto you by the Word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.

16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

1 Thessalonians 4: 15 (KJV)

For this we say unto you by the Word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.

alive =  zah’-o = living, live; not lifeless, not dead

Let’s examine what it means to be ‘alive’ according to scripture, rather than what we think it means…

Acts 17:28 KJV

For in Him we live (zah’o), and move, and have our being (ay-MEE); as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also His offspring.

You can be living and yet lifeless (spiritually dead).

Matthew 4:4, Luke 4:4, make it clear that man CANNOT live by bread alone – we need another level of sustenance BECAUSE we need strength and power and life to thrive in the spiritual.

There’s a spiritual realm that we need to live in, we are called to live in. We get distracted by the physical/natural realm because of it’s over bearing presence.

Living in HIM is a spiritual relationship. By living in HIM, we become… we are… The word for ‘being’ is originates from the Greek word ay-MEE (pronounced just like the name Aimee). ay-MEE is a verb. Verbs indicate action, right? ay-MEE, translates as, I exist.

In HIM we connect to our spiritual life, the gifts are stirred up, and our purpose for our existence is activated and we become what we are supposed to become… we move in purpose and destiny. ay-MEE can also be translated as; am, have been, it is I, was.

Do you hear a remez to the GOD of Heaven, “Who Was and Is and Will Be?” ay-MEE is referring to our being in the image and likeness of Christ.

When we apply this knowledge back into…

1 Thessalonians 4: 15 (KJV)

For this we say unto you by the Word of the Lord, that we which are alive (zah’o) and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.

We which are alive, zah-o in Christ – those in His Image and Likeness, survivors. The word remain has its roots in the Greek word loipon which means to remain (perileipomai), in the sense of being left behind – a remnant left behind for this moment in time. There’s a connection to time. There’s a clock ticking in the application of the word leipo.

The same words appears again in verse 17.

Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.”

Then we which are alive in Christ, bearing His Image and Likeness, (His mark upon us, is His Name upon us) and remain – the remnant that remains awaiting His Return… verse 15 informs us that we wont precede those that have already ‘fallen asleep’ in Christ… but we (the remnant) will follow them in due time.

The Book of Revelation is oftentimes set at a distance because of the weight of its symbolism. You have to press pass the obstacles created by our culture, those words that have dropped in our spirit by other voices, their biases and preconceived notions and just study the text while allowing the vision to speak, uninterrupted by our own carnal thoughts.

As I so often say, it is the vision of Jesus Christ, revealed to the Apostle John, when he was in the Spirit on the Lords Day.

A vision that was given to him by the Spirit when he was in the Spirit.

GOD is speaking to the Spirit of man, through the Spirit. If we can not get our flesh out of the way, so that we can see and hear what the Spirit of GOD is saying to the church, if we can not allow our Spirit to flow with the Spirit of GOD, then we will continue to view the Book of Revelation as difficult, confusing, beyond comprehension.

Paul wanted to ‘comfort us’ with these words. We should be comforted by the Book of Revelation. It truly is the Good News!

As we enter into the Day of Rosh Hashanah – The LORD’s Day, we are joyful becasue those that are with Him have yet another rehearsal party!

We did the work this year, we search our hearts, took an accounting of our souls in the month of Elul, we know where we stand spiritually and the work we need to do this year, we have allowed the LORD access to our hearts, our minds, our souls, not shutting anything out from Him.

The Spiritual Work Days come to a close and we are ready to do our part to complete the work of GOD in the Earth. I pray that we all walk in our assignment and calling. Do our best work for GOD and give glory to Him in all that we set our hands to accomplish this year…

GOD has saw fit that we make it to this point in time. We lost some along the way this year. Is there a mantle that fell from our loved ones that we need to pick up, and complete the assignment? Is there something that we can do to finish the work they began? What honor is there that we can bring to those that we have lost?

What part of the legacy can we complete? for them and for ourselves?

Some are saying once more that the LORD is coming this Rosh Ha Shanah, and that time is up within the next two days!

I am not seeing that at all. I have work to do and I know it. GOD’s not giving me a pass on any of it! Im certain about that.

So if the world does not end by the 24th, blame me. I’m sure it’s my fault. I have an entire list of things I still want to accomplish!

If I meet you in Heaven on the 25th, you can tell me all about how wrong I was, while we celebrate at the Wedding Feasts of the Lamb!

Amen.

We can discuss the role of the intercessor on page 139 Numbers 4:12. So many of us want to be effective in our prayer lives and this is giving answers to get to the place of God’s presence.

Can we lift up a prayer for you? Send us your first name, or middle name (only). A brief description of your prayer request is voluntary and will be sufficient if you would like to provide them. ( However, no personal details required). GOD knows the details. Amen.

THE LORD LOVES A GOOD DISCUSSION!

Entering The Garden of GOD…

The Garden of GOD is also known as an Orchard. In Hebrew the word for “orchard” is pardes, פַּרְדֵּס‎ pardēs.

In the study of Torah, the Word itself is considered as the Garden of GOD. In order to pass through this garden safely, tasting the fruit which it possesses and exiting the garden/orchard in safety requires great skill, in wisdom, knowledge and understanding.

The ability to come out of the orchard with the full Counsel of GOD is the desired result. Only a few are able to emerge from the Garden.

The objective is to partake of the fruit of the garden and after having eaten of its fruit, you become skilled in the Wisdom of GOD. Or the worst can happen, you could become lost inside the garden, getting turned around or twisted up in rabbit trails.

And as the story goes….

There are some go insane. They get all tangled up in the trees, trying to consume wisdom that they can not understand, or articulate.

Some harm to themselves in the Garden. Harm can be done in a number of ways. Some start out zealous for knowledge, but not be able to sustain such things as the rigors of study, the demands of consecration, prayer, fasting, or simply the lifestyle of such a disciple.

Many begin with curiosity in the Word, but lack the attention span or self discipline it requires in order to continue. Some just have no real intention of following its precepts, but they love the sensationalism or the “knowledge hits” the Word provides.

The problem this personality type faces is, that once they possess the knowledge they sought, they are responsible for it. Harm can be done by turning away through apathy, doubt, disobedience, etc. Like I said, there are a number of ways to do spiritual harm to ourselves.

Only a few actually achieve their goal, and emerge with the highest levels of wisdom. These few possess the character traits that GOD chooses!

And so we learn in Chagigah 14b

The Sages taught: Four entered the orchard (The Garden of GOD), i.e., they dealt with the loftiest Secrets of Torah, and they are as follows:

Four Rabbi’s enter the orchard, aka, The Garden of God. Ben Azzai; and ben Zoma; Aḥer, the other, a name for Elisha ben Avuya; and Rabbi Akiva.

Rabbi Akiva, the senior among them, said: When, upon your arrival in the upper worlds, you reach pure marble stones, do not say: Water, water, although they appear to be water, because it is stated: “He who speaks falsehood shall not be established before My eyes” (Psalms 101:7).

Pure marble stones shine like glistening water, in the right setting (a garden) you may think you are seeing a puddle or stream of water.

Remember, the Rabbi’s are warned not to cry out, “Water, Water!” An important principle to know about the torah because speaking falsehoods will never cause one to be established in the things of GOD. The Rabbi’s want to ascend to higher realms of wisdom.. so speaking falsehoods, even about the little things in life, will them off (and us too!) from the higher realms.

Then…. The Gemara proceeds to relate what happened to each of them:

Ben Azzai glimpsed at the Divine Presence and died. And with regard to him the verse states: “Precious in the eyes of the Lord is the death of His pious ones” (Psalms 116:15).

Ben Zoma glimpsed at the Divine Presence and was harmed, i.e., he lost his mind. And with regard to him the verse states: “Have you found honey? Eat as much as is sufficient for you, lest you become full from it and vomit it” (Proverbs 25:16).

Acḥer chopped down the shoots of saplings.

Rabbi Akiva came out safely.

Rashi’s Analysis of The Events: (*I elaborate)

Rashi says Rabbi Azzai dies from looking at the Divine Presence.

Ben Zoma’s harm was in losing his sanity. This is a very strong statement by Rashi.

*He wanted to enter the higher worlds, i.e. higher realms and dimensions of torah study, but he could not attain it. He completely lost his mind.

Acher’s “chopping down the saplings” is telling us that he chopped away at the Word of GOD, cutting it down into pieces.

*He corrupted the Word in such a way, that no one he taught gained anything from it. They couldn’t elevate. The couldn’t protect themselves or others. They were unable to piece together any insight, knowledge or wisdom. The Word of GOD was unrecognizable from its true form. The people he taught had no power, no strength, no authority in the Word they tried to speak. Utterly powerless when it really mattered.

Acher means “The Other One.” His identity is uncertain which is why he is only remembered as Acher.

*Just like he “chopped up the Word”, so too is his identity one of many possibilities. As some of you have seen in class, the Torah is known for dropping letters from a name. It appears he lost every letter, until he simply became known as, “The Other One.” In the end, Acher lost his faith.

Akiva, in contrast to everyone else, i.e., the other three, became the leading Rabbinic figure of the time.

*Rabbi Akiva, came out whole… peacefully, in total shalom.

Lessons obtained in the Garden of GOD are terrific for understanding the potential outcomes and serious responsibility that we may have when delving into the deeper things of GOD. But, there’s another level of meaning that I want to remind you of that will help you navigate the Garden of GOD.

Meet You in the Garden of GOD and we’ll come out together with shalom!

HOW GOD SPELLS FRUIT…

Pronounced “puh-ree”... short, quick, “puh” on the 1st syllable, with the emphasis on the second syllable, “ree.”

The 4th time GOD used the word fruit in scripture, this is what He said, “And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.” Genesis 1:28

The Hebrew word for “fruitful” in this verse is “pah-rah”, which is the root word of puh-ree (fruit).

The Hebrew Language is built upon a root word system. This means that you always want to take a look at the root word in Hebrew because their meaning carries weight in every word that emerges from them.

So, let’s look at the root word for fruit...

Let’s look at each letter in pah-rah closely….

The first letter in pah-rah is the Hebrew Letter pei, which of course equates to our letter P.

The letter pei represents our power of speech; the power to create with our words. Anything that you have ever set a goal for in your life, began with the words you spoke… pei is your spoken word!

Just as GOD created the world with His spoken Word, so do you! What have you called forth with your words?

The words you speak into the atmosphere contain the elements of life or death. Example, our prayer impart spiritual strength to ourselves and others. Our words, if negative, hateful, or wicked, impart death or destruction. We either build up or tear down with our words.

When GOD created a word to represent the essence of fruit, He began with the letter pei, because it all begins with what we say.

Fruit is not just something that grows from a seed and that we eat and consume with our mouth. Fruit is a product of the seeds that we produce with our words. Words that we speak and words that we consume with our mouths.

And there’s more…

The pei being components of the kaf (an open hand in order to take or receive something, to cover, allow, anoint) and the yod (the right hand to give something, humility, work, hand, a divine point of energy) means that if we were using our pet (mouth) correctly… in its GOD given purpose, we would open our mouths to speak and pull down the Glory of GOD!

The kaf takes, the yod gives. The symbolism of kaf and yod together (which form the letter pei) is a picture of, taking in order to give.

Being blessed to be a blessing implies giving as you receive. There’s a connection here. When the kaf is open to receive the anointing, then the kaf (which is a component of the pei), can pour and speak virtue into the world.

We could use the power of speech, our very voices, to connect Heaven to Earth. If we wanted to.

Our words could be dedicated to the purpose of lifting up, edifying and building up the Body of Christ and the world.

The pei in fruit, is teaching us that the ability to bear fruit begins with what we open our mouth to say!

The 2nd letter in pah-rah is the reish... Our English letter- R

So, let’s sum up pei as Divine Speech, using your voice for good!

Which is connected to the reish, a person walking in their rightful place of Headship, Kingship, Servanthood/Leadership.

Reish/Rosh means Head. The one that has journeyed through the levels of spiritual maturity and arrived to their place and position of Headship/Leadership, Kingship!

The Rosh knows who they are in the Kingdom of Heaven – here on Earth. They call those things that be not as though they are. They live in the “Already Been Done” space in time. They see the giants in the land and are undeterred. After all, they are nothing but giants.

The Rosh decrees and declares a thing and expects signs following. They understand dominion, power and authority in Jesus Name.

Can you see why the Word “fruit” in Hebrew has to be spelled with the letter rosh?

We now have a picture of a mouth that speaks with authority, in the position of Kingship, as an Ambassador of Christ, or a Child of GOD.

And what does the Rosh Speak of?

Let’s Look…

The 3rd letter in pah-rah is the hei... Our English letter- H

What comes out of the voice of the Reish?

A letter hei.

GOD does not get us in a headlock. We can chose Him or not. It’s a choice. The hei represents and paints a picture of freedom to come in or go out. Hei is our window to the Torah.

Hei provides access to hide and abide. Or, we can look in and leave if we want to. We can choose revelation and light, or not. We can look into the window and choose to abide in the Word or we can abide in the world. It’s a choice.

The word for fruit in Hebrew ends with a choice.

In the last post, HOW GOD SPELLS FIRE, I taught you that when the letter hei appears at the end of a word it means, What comes out of.”

But, it can also be understood as a directional indicator.

Now the word picture of pah-rah expands… we now have a picture of a mouth that speaks with authority, Kingship; As an Ambassador of Christ, a Child of GOD who leads through their words, their speech, their voice to those things that are above and not beneath.

The Reish points you to revelation, insight… they point you to the Word of GOD.

Pah-rah is a voice that leads you to the daletthe door so that you can behold the yodthe world to come.

The Voice of the Reish brings you to the Word, the Light of GOD.

Now, here’s what I like about fruit…

GOD said, “Bring forth fruit”…

GOD’s Word contains so much prophetic content… there is so much meaning embedded in the words and the letters themselves that increase the light on the message they are assembled to convey!

The Strong’s definitions can only take us so far… we have to look beyond. We need the spiritual definition of words not just the literal. The literal can only take us so far.

The letters – al by themselves- communicate rich spiritual content.

The letters connect the dots…

The ENTIRE Book of Scripture is Spiritual and Every Letter of the Torah has the Power to Create!

What will you create today?

THE NEXT TIME YOU COME ACROSS A PASSAGE OF SCRIPTURE IN WHCH GOD IS SPEAKING OF YOU AND YOUR ABILITY TO PRODUCE GOOD FRUIT…

And your fruit shall remain.

AMEN.

P.S.

Because the Word of GOD is so meticulous and precise, you will find that GOD has many words for fruit… for instance, if speaking of a form of, edible produce, you can use the word tenubah (Strong’s 8570). In fact, there’s over 12 different words in Hebrew used in the context of ‘fruit’.

What I want you to learn from this is that pah-rah is completely different than tenubah.

Pah-rah is spiritual fruit. We can use our voices for good or for evil. The decision is ours. We can use our voices to pull down spiritual fruit and bless others, or we can use our voices for evil and unrighteousness.

What kind of fruit, will you produce?
